While coaching classes are distributed in areas like Malviya Nagar, Mansarovar,
Vasihali Nagar; most of these are located at Lal Kothi and Tonk Fatak.
That’s the reason Lal Kothi and Tonk Fatak have become
student hub and PG accommodations and other student facilities are found in
abundance at these places. Rent for PG rooms is on slightly higher side than other
areas at these places. A reasonable PG accommodation here would include double
shared fully furnished rooms along with 3 time meals & would be charged around
Rs. 4500 - 7000 per month per person. Luxurious facilities in room like LCD,
AC, and Furniture decided the exact rent in this range.
While most of the PGs are charging appropriate, there are
few which are overpriced too. These people exploit students who are totally alien
to Jaipur city. Students are advised to check at least 5-6 PG accommodation and
then choose the appropriate one or else you might end up paying few thousands
extra every month.
If you can’t afford to stay at PGs at Lal kothi and Tonk
fatak and are willing to travel by city bus or other transport or if your
institute is located at other places; then the better option would be to find a
PG accommodation in areas like Mansarovar, Sodala, Jhotwara, Jagatpura, Pratap
nagar & Sitapura. PG accommodation at these places should be in range of Rs.

In case you are willing to stay in porch localities with
luxurious facilities and are willing to pay more, you should try for PG
accommodation at Malviya Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Raja Park, Adarsh Nagar, Bani
