1. Amer Fort:- Built by Raja Man Singh Amer Fort is located in Amer almost 7 km from Jaipur. Fort looks magnificent in golden sun rays with beautiful Maota Lake at its forefront.

2. Hawa Mahal:- Hawa mahal is the signature of the pink city which looks like a beehive decorated with red and pink stones.

3. Jal Mahal:- On you way to Amer through Hawa Mahal, you will come across Jal Mahal which as name suggests is the fort built in middle of the man Sagar lake and is surrounded by water from all sides.

4. Jaigarh & Nhargarh Fort:- If you take a turn from your way towards Amer to top of the hill, you will be directed to Nhargarh and Jaigarh fort. While Jaigarh is famous for its solid structure and for the biggest and heaviest cannon ever built in the world;  Nhargarh has remained an attraction for Rang de basanti point and for the night view of Jaipur.

5. Jantar Mantar:- Jantar Mantar has a lot to fascinate every geek. It's the largest and best preserved observatory reflecting astronomical and cosmological understandings of Mughal time.

6. City palace:- City palace used to be the King's seat in Jaipur. Considerable part of it has been converted into a museum and royal residence now.

7. Albert Hall:- Albert Hall is the oldest museum of the Rajasthan State. The place is really quiet and elegant. if that doesn't excite you, go to the see at least the real mummy kept in it.

8. Birla Mandir:- Birla Mandir is built totally in white marble and it looks very beautiful in evening time.

7. Jagatpura:- Jagatpura is very remote area to Jaipur rarely populated but quite fast and enormous construction work is going on in the area to settle the locality soon.

8. Jawahar circle:- Jawahar Circle is the largest circular park in Asia developed on highway situated along Malviya Nagar on JLN road. This park is one of the favorite leisure places.

9. Maniharon ka Raasta:- This area is famous as one of the traditional markets in Jaipur. People come here to buy hand made traditional lac bangles.

10. Sindhi Camp:- Sindhi camp is the inter state bus station. The only place where few thadis (tea shops) and restaurants will be open whole night.

11. Rambagh:- Rambagh is one of the most Porsche are in Jaipur situated in the center of the city. it is surrounded by Adarsh Nagar, Bapu Nagar and Ashok Nagar. Many government offices and luxurious hotels and facilities like golf and polo are situated here.

12. Adarsh Nagar:- Adarsh Nagar is situated 3 km from the main city and it has been designed in the shape of concentric circles. Moti Dongari palace is situated here.

13. Bani park:- streets of bani park leads to chandpole gate. Central Bus stand is also situated here.

14. Bapu Nagar:- Rajasthan University is situated in Bapu Nagar.

15. Jhotwara:- Jhotwara is situated in north west of Jaipur and is one of the down town area. The place is located towards the western end of the city. The region has several industrial set ups towards its north.

16. Mansarovar:- Mansarovar is the largest residential colony in asia. It is quite wel planned and situated in the south-west of Jaipur.

18. Tonk road and JLN road:- These are the roads running parallel in the city and connects all major regions of Jaipur.

20. Raj Mandir Cinema:- Raj Mandir used to be the biggest theater in Asia few years back. With multiplex revolution in India, although Raj Mandir has lost its importance but still Jaipurites can do anything just to get a show ticket here.

21. Pink square mall:- One of the best mall in the city, where you can get to visit all major brands and can enjoy shopping. Although Triton mall stands better when it comes to most happening places in the city.

22. Jawahar Kala kendra & Ravindra Manch:- If you happen to be one who really appreciates the art and true work of an artist. Go directly to wither JKK or Ravindra Manch. You can definitely find a theater show or gazal program or some cultural dance program going on.

 

23. Shopping in Jaipur:- Jaipur is perfect place to buy antiques, jewelery, handicrafts, gems, bangles, pottery, carpets, textiles, leather work and metalwork. Jhalaniyon ka Raasta, Thatheron ka Raasta, Khajanewalon ka Raasta, Nehru bazaar, Haldiyon ka Raasta, Mahiharon ka Raasta, Kishanpol bazaar, Tripolia bazaar, Sanganer bazaar, Ramganj bazar, MI road and Johari bazar are thae main markets. You can't get the feel of traditional Jaipur till you go into one such market.
